Participants' names and schools will not be featured in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional content without the explicit consent of the participants. Content created by the participant for the purposes of Techy Tikes marketing will be shared at the discretion of Techy Tikes.

Personal data collected through the EduCreators program is not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the participants, except as required by law or as necessary for the administration of the program (e.g., shipping products).

4. Content Use

All content created by participants, including videos, images, and written testimonials, becomes the property of Techy Tikes. Techy Tikes has the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display this content in all media formats globally for marketing and promotional purposes.
